Data Requirements
When it comes to any radio frequency (RF) product, an accurate engineering data package is the key to successfully manufacturing the parts.
What's Needed To Begin?
In order to begin your RF project we only need some basic information. If there is a clean slate design, we will discuss electrical specifications such as frequency range, average power handling, peak power, insertion loss, rejection, and VSWR.
We also look at the mechanical foot print and device mounting. Both the input/output launch locations and any surface finish options.
Environmental Factors for Radio Frequency Products
Environmental requirements are always a concern, especially for the military and aerospace industries. RF Products that are exposed to moisture, dust/dirt, extreme temperatures, and shock and vibration need to be evaluated to ensure they function in the field. Failure is not an option in many scenarios.
If necessary we can also adapt to established mechanical/electrical requirements and still provide smart, innovative solutions. Knowing these concerns ahead of time allows our engineering team to design the proper solution for your needs.
