Barry Finberg, President of Roca, commented, “Given the globalization and economic pressures in our industry, we’ve been seeking the right partner, one who could offer continuity, stability, and enhanced capabilities to our customers. Epec was the clear choice to uphold the standards of quality, pricing, and delivery that Roca customers have come to expect.”

Epec, founded in 1952, operates multiple manufacturing facilities across the U.S., the United Kingdom, and Asia. It provides time-critical high-tech printed circuit boards, quick-turn prototypes, volume production, and flex/rigid-flex solutions. Since acquiring the NetVia Group facility in Dallas in 2020, Epec has more than doubled its production capacity and sales.

“With more than 14 successful integrations like this one, we’re confident in a seamless transition for Roca’s long-standing customer base. We’re especially excited to strengthen our position in the oil and gas sector,” said Ed McMahon, CEO of Epec, LLC. “With over $2 million invested in new equipment at our Dallas facility and the industry’s leading Asian infrastructure, established in 2003, Epec is uniquely positioned to continue growing through strategic acquisitions and operational excellence.”

McMahon added, “As consolidation and uncertainty continue to shape the PCB industry, Epec remains focused on strengthening our domestic manufacturing and maintaining a world-class logistics operation to help customers navigate the complexities of tariffs. Our financial scale allows us to invest in new capital equipment, manage the volatility and rising costs of global tariffs, and continue to invest in our teams in both the U.S. and Asia. These are areas where many companies struggle, and it’s our ongoing investment in these capabilities that enables us to consistently deliver world-class service.”
