Suncoast Digital Technology is Acquired by Epec LLC

[June 20, 2013: Largo, FL and New Bedford, MA] Suncoast Digital Technologies, Inc. and Epec Engineered Technologies announced today that the two companies are joining forces to give customers a greater range of high quality electronic product services and long term financial strength.
Since 1952, Epec Engineered Technologies has designed and manufactured customized, built-to-print, performance-critical products for all sectors of the electronics industry. Today they are a leading provider of printed circuit boards, flex and rigid-flex circuits, user interface products, cable assemblies and custom battery packs.
Suncoast Digital Technology, founded over 22 years ago, is a premier supplier of OEM user interface keyboard assemblies.
The acquisition of certain Suncoast Digital assets into the Epec family brings together two industry leaders who share the same values and passionate customer commitment of engineering excellence, superior quality, customer dedication and on-time delivery.
