Internet Marketing Coordinator - Job Description

Objectives

The Internet Marketing Coordinator's role is to develop and promote the company's electronic advertising plan to meet organizational strategies. Through the use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) the coordinator will create a positive spin on all the products that the company has to offer. This position will oversee the preparation of web content, email newsletters, email blasts, product promotions, product whitepapers, and online videos. The Internet Marketing Coordinator will apply proven communication and technology skills to expand the business income generated from internet marketing and ecommerce sales.

Responsibilities

Includes the following and other duties as assigned:


  • Responsible for the marketing of InstantPCBQuote online product configurator website.
  • Maintain and expand the use of search engine keywords to promote product lines.
  • Develop new online promotions for InstantPCBQuote, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
  • Expand Epec's social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Maintain and enhance the online content for epectec, instantpcbquote, and ecdrives.
  • Generate additional web traffic by improving the SEO for corporate websites.
  • Prepare content for email blasts and email newsletters.
  • Prepare printed ads for product lines.
  • Research potential customers and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and improve the online advertising campaigns with Thomasnet, Globalspec, and iConnect
  • Oversee the creation of online marketing videos.
  • Work with IT to develop new product configurator sites and add enhancements to InstantPCBQuote.
  • Research and implement online marketing campaigns using new online technologies.
  • Use online survey tool to gauge customer satisfaction (surveymonkey.com).
  • Link the online internet marketing and social media experience to tradeshows.

Requirements


  • College degree preferred
  • Experience using social media as a marketing tool
  • Proficiency using web analytic tools
  • Proficiency with Adobe CS a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills

Quote Coordinator - Job Description

Objectives

Quote Coordinator will review detailed manufacturing and quote drawings from sketches, layouts, samples, and notes provided by customers for all Engineered Products including membrane switches, graphic overlays, rubber keypads, custom battery packs, and assemblies.

Responsibilities

Includes the following and other duties as assigned:


  • Process all quotes from distribution to complete, includes but not limited to, compiling of documents, creating datasheets, and converting files using Adobe products
  • Maintain and generate various RFQ status Reports
  • Interface with various departments regarding obstacles for timely completion of quote
  • Generate necessary correspondences necessary for completion of task
  • Train to produce files using Adobe Illustrator

Requirements


  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing documents
  • Proficiency in excel, word, with basic computer skills
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills

CAM Engineer - Job Description

Objectives

Provide clear consistent data packages to Epec factories for production of all products. Support Epec staff, customers and factories.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze customer supplied data, provide technical solutions for products prior to manufacturing. Collaborate with customer engineering staff on design changes and approvals for manufacturing process prior to production to limit delays.
  • Communicate discrepancies found within data to EPEC customer service representative for corrections to be made in NetSuite and or within Quote package. Follow up with customers and EPEC customer service for resolution.
  • Perform professional electronic DFM (design for manufacturing) process of customer data using Infiniate Graphics PAR/ICE, for manufacturability. Communicate effectively in detail to customer, EPEC customer service and planning groups of delays to production.
  • Create production ready data packages in a consistent format for manufacturing by EPEC factories both foreign and domestic. Create clear, unambiguous manufacturing instructions and supportive documentation. Store and maintain data packages on EPEC cam server.
  • Assist and support Epec staff, customers and factories with technical requests.
  • Monitor personal and Technical email for manufacturing questions to related jobs in production. Reply to technical questions in a timely manner to avoid delays in production during scheduled shift and some weekend monitoring.
  • Perform other tasks as requested (or as authorized by) manager.
  • Behave in accordance to Epec company policies.
  • Review and update Engineering procedures as requested for group training.
  • Attend engineering weekly meeting.
    • Discuss topics for resolution
    • Bring questions, suggestions and related topics to weekly meeting if possible provide details to the weekly monitor and cc: engineering manager.

Requirements


  • College Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years CAM experience
  • IGI, or CAM 350 experience preferred
